Implement structured mentorship programming both virtually and in-person focusing on career guidance, skill development, and professional growth tailored for Generation-Z and Millennials emerging leaders.
Offer continuous mental health support through a 24-hour crisis line, support groups, and mental health resources, all supervised by trained professionals to ensure participants can manage stress and build resilience.
Facilitate practicum placements in partnership with colleges & universities. Support the academic and professional growth of participants, bridging the gap between international education and Canadian professional standards.
Diverse intergenerational community events & residential programming. Establish volunteer opportunities that foster a sense of community, and build strong support system for newcomers and emerging leaders navigating the future of the workforce together.
